My dear aunt passed some time ago and I learned that her commercial warehouse was going to be auctioned by the Fulton County Sheriff for unpaid taxes. My family and I decided that we needed to sell the property after learning that it had been vandalized and would cost a significant amount to repair. None of us wanted to take on the additional burden of taking out a loan to fix the property. The only the problem was that we had two weeks to sell it.
